Pure Cleaning and Maintenance was established in 2010 by Founder Fred Bitar. We were formed out of the desire to offer organisations and businesses the option to take care of their maintenance and cleaning needs using one reliable team at affordable rates. Our mission is to help to add value to any space by providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services.

We started out cleaning for businesses in Smeaton Grange, Gregory Hills and across Macarthur, and today our team is on site daily throughout Wetherill Park, Smithfield, Fairfield and Prairiewood  including the Wetherill Park industrial precinct, one of the largest in Sydney.

We specialise in commercial work only: offices, retail, strata, industrial sites. We’re not a household cleaning service, which means our team, equipment and insurances are built around workplaces. Clients like Multispares, CoolDrive and Deco have trusted us for years — some since the day they opened their doors.

We operate from our base in Smithfield, close enough to respond quickly anywhere across both regions. And because we’re owner-operated, you’ll always deal with the same team — not a call centre.

 To ensure that we are giving you the best service, we have ongoing staff training and regular testing of equipment.
